TOP & Elite Program

The Talent Opportunity Program stresses strength, flexibility and agility training along with strong basic skills. T.O.P competitions are held in Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Kentucky and Indiana. Girls who qualify from a local testing will travel to a Regional competition and hopefully earn an opportunity for National Testing and a trip to the National Camp for a week of special training with National Team Coaches.
